	Caloundra Music FestivalThe seventh Caloundra Music Festivalwill be held from Friday, October 4 to Monday, October 7 in 2013.Following its most successful year in 2012, the popular festival will take place on the final week of the spring school holidays.The second Fringe Festival will run from Friday September 27 through to the public holiday on Monday October 7.
	IRONMAN 70.3 Sunshine Coast – September 15th 2013This will be the first IRONMAN event for the region and will highlight all the aspects of Mooloolaba’s striking coast. Competitors will take in the best that Mooloolaba has to offer, starting with a swim off the surf beach followed by a flat and fast bike course. The run will tie up the day’s exciting events with a two lap course around Mooloolaba’s Esplanade lined with spectators.
	Brisbane Symphony Orchestra – Mountain Creek Community Centre01/09/2013 – 08/09/2013 : The orchestra will herald the first day of spring with horn calls from the horn section in Hubler’s Konzertstückfor Four Horns and Orchestra. This work drags the horn section from their hidey-hole at the back of the orchestra and places them centre stage, in a three movement concerto which explores the diversity of this beautiful instrument.
	Cotton Tree MarketEvery Sunday 7am – 12pm.Cotton Tree Market offers something for everyone. For 20 years the Market has featured local artisans, designers or inventors selling their own unique and creative works within a precinct designed for purveyors of fine cafes, fashion and wares and is located across the road from one of the Sunshine Coast’s beautiful beaches.
